Hello Yosra, can you introduce yourself in a few words? (Studies, professional experiences…)
Hello, my educational background includes an applied degree in computer science for business administration at IHEC, followed by an engineering degree in information systems at EICNAM.
I started my career in information systems at Prodware, a publisher and integrator of business management solutions. This experience lasted 9 years, during which I developed my skills first as an analyst-developer and then as a technical consultant.
I've worked on mobile delivery and sales force solutions, e-commerce web solutions (CMS, PIM), interfacing connectors with Sage and Microsoft ERP, and WMS solutions.
The desire to get out of my comfort zone and discover something new led me to 2MoRO in 2021.
What is your role at 2MoRO, and what do your missions consist of?
As a design and development engineer at 2MoRO, I play the role of tech lead on the Aero One® product.
My missions vary between design, development, and customer support, helping the product to improve technically and finding the optimum technical solutions to meet our customers' business needs as well as the new functionalities in the product roadmap.
I also have to ensure the quality of the code supplied by a developer via a code review. As Aero One® is an add-on for the SAP® Business One ERP, I must guarantee that our developments comply with the rules and architecture imposed by SAP® and follow the best practices recommended by the publisher.
Technology watch is also part of my job. This enables us to anticipate developments in the Framework, avoid obsolescence problems, and ensure product compatibility with new versions, particularly the new SAP® Business One and SQL server releases.
What do you like / like less about your job?
What I enjoy in my job is working daily with business consultants who are experts in the field of aeronautics. It's a vast field, and you learn something new every day.
The complexity of the subjects, the diversity of points of view, the questioning of understandings, and the exchanges and sharing of knowledge and information within the team are all elements that make our work stimulating, enriching, and formative.
All of this generates a form of collective intelligence which, in my opinion, is essential to the success of a project.
What do you think are the qualities necessary to succeed in your missions?
