SIMID aims at providing a demonstrator of a secured and scalable system (platform) enabling the interconnection of heterogeneous information systems in order for MRO stakeholders (aircraft manufacturers, MRO centers, airlines, other operators) to propose valuable services.
The project is co-financed by national and regional authorities and received the support through labels of Aerospace Valley (international competitiveness cluster on Aerospace and Embedded systems) and PEGASE as well as the agreement of ASTech. SIMID gathers 8 partners (among which 3 aircraft manufacturers) and is coordinated by Airbus (EADS group).
