Fleet Management

Fleet management is a critical component of any maintenance organization. Tracking and managing parts at the serial number level, tracking maintenance history and requirement are complex transactions but have to be performed on a daily basis.

The Aero One© fleet management module provides a complete range of functionalities allowing to perform all these transactions easily, smoothly and with a high level of reliability. Maintaining your fleet is simplified by giving you an overview of your fleet and its status.

The fleet management maintenance planning helps you to anticipate any maintenance event. You are then able to notify your customer and prepare your workshop accordingly.

Business Objects

Fleet management integrates the following business objects:

  • Functional Location

Functional location is the business object that contains the information of your planes or helicopters. It gives you an overview of the status, the list of equipments attached, counters and life limit. You can performed counter update and propagate values to all sub equipments.

  • Equipment Card

Equipment card allows you to track the serialized part either installed on an aircraft either in your warehouse. History of configuration, counters and life limit, list of events give you all the information needed to know the status of your asset.

  • Modification

List of service bulletins and airworthiness directives can be saved in the system. You can then check the applicability on your fleet. You can record the application and keep an history of the equipment configuration.

  • Maintenance Plan

Maintenance plan enables you to assign a list of visits and maintenance tasks on your assets (equipment or aircraft). You will be able to carry out maintenance simulations models in advance and visualize the visits, tasks and events which you could apply through the calendar year. By using the Aero One execution module, you can automatically generate service order.

  • IPC

IPC (Illustrated Parts Catalog) can be imported and maintained in the system. It is used as referential to ensure the reliability of the operational data. The level of control can be set up according to the needs.
