What’s new? The new release of Aero-Webb: Aero-Webb 4.0

In this new release of Aero-Webb, further effort has been put in to making the solution more user-friendly through the re-design of interface screens. A greater effort has also been put into product interoperability, as highlighted by the improvements made to the Web Services Module.
The emphasis on improving user-friendliness was made in order to streamline the application and make it simpler to use for the target audience. The user screens have been re-designed to make them more intuitive and to render navigation between them more fluid. The graphical content has also been revised with the incorporation of the latest web-development trends for improved legibility.
Advanced functions such as the « Retroactive calculation » of SBs/ADs incorporated on the equipment based on current equipment configuration, improved management of target configurations and improved decision-making algorithms have been added to this latest version.
The Aero-Webb database has also been upgraded to include the possibility of adding file attachments to any project record (pictures, documents, files...).
Version 4.0 extends its catalogue of Web Services (more then 800 to date) by making added- value functions available through a Service Oriented Architecture. This SOA allows Aero-Webb users to access to all of the Aero-Webb engines’ system data and simulation capabilities by connecting through their own customized Graphic User Interface.
Finally, this latest version of Aero-Webb incorporates new standardized connectors to your SAP environment, making it possible to access Aero-Webb projects from SAP through a simple mouse click. The Fleet Management Building Block gives you the possibility to create lists of equipment in bulk in SAP, including their associated measuring points and their applied SB/ADs. The Master Configuration Hub Building Block now also allows you to fully synchronize your SB/AD information with your electronic IPC.
From an overall point of view, these connectors allow Aero-Webbs algorithms to run at their most optimal conditions and, due to their direct link to SAP, without any additional data-entry or user operations.
